It’s National Coffee Day!

Here’s a few fun facts about coffee:

1. Coffee beans are technically seeds. We call them beans because they resemble legumes.
2. There are two main types of coffee: Arabica and Robusta.
3. Only two U.S. states produce coffee: Hawaii and California.
4. Coffee drinkers tend to live longer. Research shows moderate consumption (3-4 cups a day) leads to a longer life , plus a reduced risk of cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes and Parkinson’s, according to Harvard Health Publishing.

So I guess we need to drink up!
